Don’t settle for my man
I was talking to my girlfriend recently about men, relationships and why people settle.
She was talking about someone she knows who is married, but not happy and stays in the marriage only because of her child. When this lady was getting married, she already felt that something was off, but she ignored that feeling. Her main complain now is that her husband doesn’t inspire her.
End of the Fairy Tale
Did you notice that almost all fairy tales end the same way – with the prince and princess getting married? I was wondering why it was like that. Wouldn’t you expect a fairy tale to start with a marriage and not the other way around? Does this mean that the best part of the story is always before the wedding? That sucks, if that’s true. So many of us get married expecting a fairy tale, as soon as we say “I do”.
